In a decision that is bound to shake up the cricketing fraternity भाईचारा . the Supreme Court has passed an unprecedentedly अभूतपूर्व strong judgement against the office bearers of the Board of control for Cricket in India. It has sacked बर्खास्त करना  board president Anurag Thakur and secretary Ajay Shrike, saying the  " shall forthwith तुरंत cease and desist from being associated with the working of BCCI". Cease and desist संघर्ष और विरत  order have also been passed against all the office bearers of BCCI and its affiliated state associated who fail to meet the new norms set by the RM Lodha Committee.

the letter, it will be reached, was appointed by the apex court in 2015 to reform BCCI functioning . but although the recommendation सिफारिश  of the committee had been approved by the court in july last year, BCCI has kept stonewalling अड़गा  their full implementation, it objected to the recommendation of having representatives of the players' association on the board apex council. it resisted अड़गा  the one-state-one-vote formula, opposed tenure caps and 70 years age limit for office bearers, and even questioned the locus standi of the apex court to reform the cricketing body.

it also become apparent that BCCI was using funding as a tool to get state associations to resist the reforms. this is precisely निश्चित रूप से  why the apex court passed an interim order last october that no money was to be given to state association unless they passed a resolution to implement the Lodha reforms. if this weren't enough, there's prima facie प्रथम दृष्टि पर आधारित evidence that BCCI president Thakur had tried to get the international Cricket Council to duo the Lodha reforms as government interference हस्तछेप . his denial regarding this in an affidavit is now being treated by the apex court as a potential case of perjury झूठी गवाही and contempt of the court.

Bcci has been desperately trying to hold on to its monopoly एकाधिकार  over Indian cricket, citing  तलब करना technicalities excuses of this. it was only a matter of time before the axe came down on the board . hopefully, the apex court's latest decision will provide the spark needed to dismantle गिराना the vested interests that have governed Indian cricket for far to long. that said, care need to be taken to ensure that the churnings मंथन in the cricket administration don't hamper the sport itself. with and indian cricket team on the ascendants प्रबल  players and matches must not be adversely affected in the coming season.
